com News on September 23, Shengxin Lithium Energy issued an announcement that Shengxin International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to establish a joint venture with STELLAR in Indonesia.
Investment in the construction of a project with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 tons of lithium carbonate in the Vali Industrial Park

It is understood that the total investment of the project is about 350 million U.

dollars, and Shengxin International holds 65% of the equity of the joint venture
