China Petrochemical News Network reported on April 1, the "Volume Tube Water Standard Automatic Control Technology Research" project team of the Shengli Oilfield Technology Testing Center Metrology and Testing Institute completed the volumetric tube level control test in the laboratory of the partner manufacturer, and the test achieved the expected test results.

The volumetric tube measurement standard device is the highest measurement standard device for crude oil flow measurement.

Based on the preliminary investigation and research, the project partner used stepping motors and non-contact sensors to build a water mark level acquisition and control test machine after technical communication with the partner.

At the same time, in response to other problems found in this field test, the project team and the partners have conducted joint technical research and discussion and determined that a servo motor will be purchased instead of a stepper motor, and a retractable and directional and horizontally adjustable tank will be made according to the characteristics of the tank.
