The research period of "Basic Research and Industrial Demonstration of Heavy Oil Chemical Composite Cold Recovery" is from 2019 to 2024, and strives to pass five years of research to form the key technology of heavy oil chemical composite cold recovery and flooding, and realize heavy oil recovery from thermal recovery and heating.
The project has set up five subjects in total.
Among them, the subject five "Heavy Oil Chemical Combination Flooding Cold Recovery Industrial Demonstration Application" undertaken by Shengli Oilfield is an integrated application of the research results of subjects one to four, and its research and completion are of great significance

In the two years since the project was launched, more than 1,000 sets of indoor experiments and nearly 200 sets of reservoir numerical simulation program studies have been carried out, and the preparation of 3 demonstration zones has been completed, and the 12 special tasks stipulated in the contract have been exceeded
It is understood that the ultimate goal of the project is to build 2 industrial application demonstration zones, increase the recovery rate by more than 5 percentage points, and balance the oil price within US$50/barrel
