Shengli Engineering Institute participated in the national measurement certification policy seminar

Sinopec News Network News On May 14, Shengli Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute's Material Testing Center Laboratory participated in a seminar on qualification accreditation evaluation criteria and qualification accreditation policies for inspection and testing institutions organized by the National Petroleum Accreditation Review Group for Metrology.

The Materials Testing Center of Shengli Engineering Institute is mainly responsible for the quality supervision and inspection of fracturing proppant, various acid liquids and other products used in the operation of Shengli Oilfield's oil production process measures, the supervision and inspection of oilfield drilling mud, and the research and technical services of oil and water well corrosion and scaling prevention technology.

In this seminar, first the Industrial and Consumer Products Testing Agency of the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration’s Accreditation and Testing Department introduced the qualification accreditation of inspection and testing institutions and their reforms, and then the qualification accreditation senior external auditor reviewed the revised "Inspection and Testing Institution Review The Guidelines and internal audit procedures are explained in detail, with emphasis on document control, laboratory internal audit, management review, risk control and other aspects.

During the training period, the participants of the center had in-depth exchanges with participating experts to make full preparations for the next step of solidly carrying out laboratory internal audit, quality supervision, and quality control, and successfully completing this year's renewal review and expansion review.
