According to the overall construction goal of the "conference battle" of information infrastructure construction in Zhengang (January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2017), the problems faced by construction projects in three aspects: mobile communication base stations, free WIFI in public areas and optical fiber broadband transformation and upgrading will be tackled to solve a series of "stuck neck" problems
in the construction of broadband network infrastructure.
At present, Zhengang has built a total of 300 communication base stations (including operator handover and new stations in the later stage), and according to the requirements of the municipal battle task, Zhengang needs to build 140 base stations

In order to accelerate the construction of information infrastructure in Zhengang, combined with the practical problems of the current base station construction work, Zhengang will complete the construction of 140 communication base stations to achieve "100 gigabit to household, gigabit to enterprise, and wireless broadband full coverage" as the information infrastructure construction
index.
Zhengang plans to complete the construction of 93 communication base stations in 2016 and 47 communication base stations in 2017; In 2016, the number of APs that completed WIFI in public areas reached 790; It is planned to complete a total of 10 new community fiber-to-the-home projects by developers, including 8 new residential fiber-to-the-home projects in 2016 and 2 new residential fiber-to-the-home projects in 2017; It is planned to complete a total of 16 optical transformation projects in old communities, including 15 optical transformation projects in old communities in 2016 and 1 optical transformation project in old communities in 2017, and finally achieve 100% full coverage
