signed a 200,000 tons/year lithium battery anode material integrated base project cooperation agreement through a cloud contract

According to the agreement, the project has a fixed asset investment of 8 billion yuan and a construction period of 32 months.
It is planned to be constructed in two phases, each with a production capacity of 100,000 tons/year of lithium battery anode materials.
After reaching full capacity, it will help the integrated development of Meishan's new energy industry

Shanshan Lithium Battery stated that this project is a negative electrode material production line integrating raw material processing, low-temperature modification, graphitization, carbonization and finished product processing.
It will superimpose the abundant local hydropower clean energy and electricity price advantages in Sichuan, which will effectively reduce production costs.

At the same time, Sichuan is one of the main starting points of the China-Europe train.

The location of Sichuan will help the company rely on local railway transportation to actively expand the European market and ensure overseas business supply, which is in the interest of the company and all shareholders
