Shanghai Port has bonded fuel filling function

On November 11, PetroChina SIPG Energy Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as "PetroChina SIPG") successfully filled 400 tons of low-sulfur bonded fuel oil for the "SITC Zhejiang" ship company of SITC Shipping Company, which is berthed in the Waigaoqiao Phase IV port area of Shanghai Port, which indicates that Shanghai Port has the bonded fuel filling function
.
This is the first operation
realized by PetroChina SIPG with the "001" Shanghai local license.

In February 2022, Shanghai promulgated the Administrative Measures for Bonded Bunkering of Ships on International Voyages in Shanghai, and PetroChina SIPG responded as soon as possible and was awarded the first local license
for bonded ship bunkering in Shanghai on August 23.
Under the guidance of maritime and customs ports, the business operation process was opened up at the fastest speed, ensuring the complete success
of the first bonded ship bunkering of the first international sailing ship with the Shanghai local license plate of PetroChina SIPG "001".

Previously, through the cross-border and cross-port mode, Yangshan, Zhoushan and Ningbo ports and other regions have achieved normalized bonded fuel bunkering operations, and up to now, more than 580 ships have been refueled, and 550,000 tons
of bonded oil have been filled.
The first bonded ship bunkering of Shanghai local license by PetroChina SIPG is another breakthrough in bonded bunkering and improves the comprehensive supporting business capacity
of Shanghai Port.
