As the new storage tanks need to be thoroughly cleaned and treated before dismantling the new storage tanks, according to the specific conditions of the T-123 tanks, in order to ensure the quality of the tank cleaning and meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection, the storage and transportation department adopts mechanical cleaning methods for cleaning

This technology is based on the previous tank cleaning method, adding an automatic rotating spray device in the tank to suspend and diffuse the sediment in the tank, and realize the recovery and utilization of the oil and residue inside the tank

The first workshop of the storage and transportation department, professional departments and construction units conducted a hazard analysis on the T-123 tank cleaning operation, and formulated a standardized operation form to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the tank cleaning work
