On July 20, the official website of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision announced the results
of the 2018 Shanghai overhead insulated cable product quality supervision and spot check.
This time, 4 batches of products were randomly inspected, and all of them were qualified
after inspection.

According to the requirements of GB/T 14049 "Rated Voltage 10kV Overhead Insulated Cable" and GB/T 12527 "Overhead Insulated Cable with Rated Voltage 1kV and below", the following items of the product were tested: average insulation thickness, thickness at the thinnest point of insulation, conductor DC resistance, insulation resistance, voltage test, 4h voltage test, tensile strength before insulation aging, elongation at break before insulation aging, tensile strength change rate before insulation aging, The rate of change of elongation at break before and after insulation aging, thermal extension of XLPE insulation, shrinkage of XLPE insulation, insulation adhesion
