? According to the newly promulgated "Shandong Province Work Safety Reporting and Incentive Measures", any unit, organization and individual can report any hidden accidents and illegal activities in any industry and any field in Shandong Province.
22 industries and fields including hazardous chemicals, mining, industry and trade, and civil explosives, which are highly dangerous and prone to accidents, have been included in the scope of key reporting and rewards.
? According to the hidden dangers of accidents and the severity of illegal activities, the "Reward Measures" categorizes the amount of rewards item by item, and awards different amounts of cash to the real-name whistleblowers who report and verify the report.
The "Reward Measures" specifically stipulates 295 reporting and reward situations, clarifying "what to report", "to whom" and "how much to reward".
Among them, there were 19 cases where a direct reward of 500,000 yuan was awarded, 29 cases where a reward of 300,000 yuan was awarded, and 91 cases where a reward was between 100,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan.
For reports that do not specify the rewards, if they are verified to be true, different amounts of rewards will be given, with a maximum reward of 500,000 yuan.
? Shandong Province will give key rewards for the active reporting and reporting of concealment and false reporting of accidents by employees within the enterprise.
The "Reward Measures" stipulates that if employees within an enterprise accurately report hidden accidents and illegal activities of their own unit, the reward amount will increase by 20% on the basis of the stipulation; if the report concealed or falsely reported the accident has been verified, it depends on the size of the accident and the seriousness of the circumstances.
The level of reward is respectively 30,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan to the whistleblower.
