Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation's warning on regulating the price behavior of coal enterprises

Coal enterprises in the province:

In order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on ensuring supply and stabilizing prices, further standardize the price behavior of the coal market, guide and urge all coal enterprises to conscientiously abide by national price laws, regulations and policy provisions, and promote the healthy development of the coal industry, the relevant price laws, regulations and policies are hereby warned as follows:

1.
All coal enterprises should strictly abide by the provisions of price laws and regulations such as the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on Clearly Marked Prices and the Prohibition of Price Fraud, and the Shaanxi Provincial Price Regulations, conscientiously implement the Guiding Opinions of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Investigating and Dealing with Illegal Acts of Price Gouging (Guo Shijie Competition Fa [2022] No.
60), effectively strengthen the internal price management of enterprises, and jointly maintain the price order of
the coal market.

2.
Follow the pricing principles of fairness, legality, honesty and creditworthiness, correctly exercise independent pricing rights, accurately verify production and operation costs and make records, and provide downstream enterprises with products
with quality and price.
Strengthen industry self-discipline and self-discipline to achieve law-abiding and standardized operation

Except for production and self-use, it shall not exceed the normal storage quantity or storage period, hoard a large amount, and disrupt the normal market order

Consumers or other business operators must not be induced to trade with
