On October 13, Shaanxi Coal Group Central Asia Energy Company Kyrgyzstan Zhongda Petroleum Phase II upgrading project was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission

The Zhongda Petroleum Project is located in Dongfang Industrial Park, Karabad City, Chuhe Prefecture, Kyrgyzstan, covering an area of 350 hectares (approximately 5200 acres)

The Zhongda Petroleum Project, as the pioneer and test field of Shaanxi Coal Group’s strategic investment deployment in Central Asia, is the largest foreign investment project in Kyrgyzstan since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

At present, the Central Asia Energy Company has established an expansion headquarters, mobilized technical backbone forces, and is intensively promoting the construction of the second phase of the Zhongda Petroleum Project
