Sinochem New Network News recently, a business alliance established by a number of chemical companies in the Low Carbon Emission Technology Cooperation Innovation Program (LCET) announced that the alliance agreed to transform the existing LCET into an independent company

SABIC, one of LCET members, stated that LCET will formally become an independent entity in 2023.
