According to news from Middle East Petroleum on December 5th, the Saudi energy giant Saudi Aramco announced on Saturday that it has signed five agreements with French companies on multiple projects
These agreements include Saudi Aramco and French renewable energy technology company Gaussin announced the establishment of a modern manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, focusing on on-road and off-road hydrogen-powered vehicles
In a statement, the two companies announced that Saudi Aramco’s Advanced Innovation Center (LAB7) will work closely with Gaussin’s hydrogen-powered vehicles and remote control/automatic hydrogen racing development
The signing of the agreement took place in Jeddah at an event organized by the Saudi Ministry of Investment
Nasser said in the statement: "This cooperation is a continuation of the long-term partnership between Saudi Aramco and many leading French companies
He added: “As part of the Namaat Industrial Investment Plan, this cooperation has helped us drive the Kingdom’s economic growth and bring us closer to our shared vision for a more sustainable future
