Bangladesh is located in South Asia, bordering the Indian Ocean, with flat terrain and abundant
products.
But Bangladesh has a large population, one of the most densely populated countries in the world, and is resource-poor per capita, especially in terms of
energy.
Only 16% of Bangladesh's population uses electricity, which is still at the world's backward level
.
The Bangladeshi government has made the power sector a top development priority
.
With the rapid growth of industry and the increase in commercial and household electricity consumption, the demand for electricity in Bangladesh has also increased
.
At the same time, Bangladesh is rich in light resources, with an average sunlight of 4-6.
5 kilowatts per kilometer per hour, which is very conducive to solar power generation
.
Faced with the problem of power shortage, the Bangladeshi government has prioritized solar power projects
.
At present, the Bangladesh government has begun to adopt a "renewable energy policy" to eliminate import taxes on all solar equipment and encourage the use of solar energy to meet electricity demand
.
Sanjing Electric has been committed to renewable energy energy conversion, transmission and storage solutions, under the Chinese government's "One Belt, One Road" policy, the demand for energy in the construction of the Bangladesh-Pakistan-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor is increasing, and renewable energy, especially solar power generation, is getting more and more attention
.
This time, Sanjing Electric and local partners in Bangladesh installed a 17.
5kW rooftop solar power generation system in the capital Dhaka area as a demonstration project
in the region.
The system adopts 70 250W standard components and a 17kw three-phase grid-connected inverter Suntrio-TL-17K from SAJ, with a daily power generation of more than 80 kWh, which can basically supply the daily power needs
of the office building.
According to Sanjing Electric's local partners, the installation of a solar grid-connected power generation system is only the beginning
of cooperation between each other.
In the future, it will act as an agent for more solar products of Sanjing Electric, including grid-connected inverters, hybrid photovoltaic inverters and solar pumping systems, continuously meeting the electricity needs of local people and contributing to the Bangladeshi photovoltaic market
