Recently, relevant Russian media reported that Russia's AtomEnergomash company will supply nuclear power steam generators
to the fourth unit of Lianyungang Tianwan Nuclear Power Station.
Dow said the first of the four nuclear steam generators used in the new generator set has been shipped
from the production platform at AtomEnergoMash's plant.
Nuclear power steam generators are the basic equipment
of nuclear power plant reactors.
It supplies water vapor to nuclear power plant units and propels turbines

The Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant is based on an improvement on the Russian AES-91 type, and according to most experts, it is the safest nuclear power plant
in the world.
At present, the two units with a single capacity of 1 million kilowatts have been put into operation
in 2007.
According to the report, the third and fourth units of the same capacity are under construction and are scheduled to start production
in 2018.
At present, China and Russia are negotiating
the construction of the seventh and eighth units of the Tianwan nuclear power plant.
