On February 1, 2016, Russia lowered its oil export duties to $
52 per tonne.
It is reported that the Russian government adjusts the export tax collection standards
for petroleum and petroleum products once a month according to the international market conditions.

The export price of Russian oil is based on
the price of Urals crude oil.
According to the Russian Ministry of Finance, from December 15, 2015 to January 14, 2016, the average price of crude oil in the Urals was $
