Recently, Chinese photovoltaic company Oriental Risen Energy announced that it has acquired the NHI HA 50MW photovoltaic project
owned by Thap Cham Solar, a subsidiary of Vietnam's Bitexco Group.
In addition to the contract awarded at the 61MW plant in Ninh Binh and the installation completed in cooperation with Shapoorji Pallonji Group's 50MW engineering, procurement and construction projects in the same province since August 2018, the total installed capacity of Risen Energy's projects in Vietnam has reached 161MW.
The 50MW PV project will be developed in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam, and will be equipped with high-efficiency solar modules and 5-bus 1500V high-voltage modules
provided by Risen Energy New Energy.
Construction of the facility began on October 1
.
Once completed, the plant is expected to generate an average annual capacity of 81,429 MWh
.
The electricity provided by the project will be supplied to Vietnam's State Grid EVN
.
