    ReneSola signed a framework agreement with UCK Group, a solar solutions provider, to develop a 116MW PV project

    Turkish solar solutions provider.

    ReneSola announced that UCK Group's Berak Enerji will develop and build a solar power plant, and ReneSola will design the plant and supply high-efficiency solar modules and inverters

    The company said that all 116MW projects are unlicensed, so they all meet the feed-in tariff of US$134/MWh

    According to the cooperation agreement, the ownership of the new photovoltaic power plant will be owned by the newly established joint venture company, with ReneSola and UCK Group each accounting for 50%.

    "This partnership gives both companies a boost in the attractive Turkish PV market, while demonstrating our technological leadership and competitive advantage
    ," said Lee Senshou, CEO of ReneSola.

    According to ReneSola, the joint venture expects to have 70MW of operational projects
    by early 2017.
