This round of price adjustment is the ninth price adjustment in 2021.

Monitoring by the Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission showed that international oil prices continued to rise during the current round of refined oil price adjustment cycle (April 28-May 13).

During the price adjustment cycle, as vaccination continued to advance, the United States and European countries eased restrictions, and economic activities rebounded significantly.

The Price Monitoring Center of the National Development and Reform Commission predicts that oil prices will continue to fluctuate mainly in the short term.

Li Yan, a refined oil analyst at Longzhong Information, believes that the current epidemic in India and other countries is still serious, dragging down the economy and demand expectations.
