After years of hard work, the intelligent construction of petroleum and chemical industries has achieved remarkable results.

"Intelligent manufacturing capability maturity standards have achieved certain results in the pilot application stage, effectively supporting enterprises to carry out self-diagnosis, intelligent manufacturing maturity assessment, talent training and intelligent manufacturing solution construction.

People in the petroleum and chemical industries have different understandings of the level of intelligent manufacturing in the industry.

According to Yu Xiuming, director of the Software Engineering and Evaluation Center of the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the two national standards are under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and are jointly organized by the Electronics Standards Institute, China Petrochemical Corporation, Sinopec Yingke Information Technology Co.

It is reported that these two standards were formally approved for release on October 11, 2020, and will be implemented on May 1, 2021.
