Solar power EPC company Rays Power has reportedly announced a solar plan to build a 1,200 MW project by the end of 2020 and plans to expand to international markets
.
To date, the company has installed 620MW of solar projects across India and provided an additional 150MW of utility-scale capacity
in the advanced stages of development.
The company also began developing more than 200 MW of ground mount projects to sell
directly to its end consumers.
Its subsidiary Rays Future Energy project is expected to be operational by the end of 2019
.
It is understood that the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh are developing another 350 MW of capacity, which will enable the company to undertake a total capacity of more than 1,000 MW by the end of 2020
.
CEO of Rays Power said, "We look forward to the successful implementation of solar power plants in India and overseas markets, and we hope to expand our business into new areas
with great potential for solar power.
