According to Platts News Singapore on September 7, Australia's Gladstone Port Company (GPC) released statistics on Thursday showing that in August, LNG exports from the Port of Gladstone in eastern Queensland, Australia, hit a seven-month high, with most of the LNG exported to China and South Korea

In August, the Port of Gladstone transported a total of 1.
76 million mt of LNG, an increase of 8% year-on-year and an increase of 7%
from July.
GPC statistics show that this is the highest monthly export volume since January this year

There are three LNG export terminals at Port Gladstone, which belong to the Origin-ConocoPhillips Australia Pacific LNG Project, the Santos Gladstone LNG Project and the Queensland Curtis LNG Project

Each terminal has two production lines, the first of which was commissioned in January 2015 and the last in October 2016

These six production lines have a combined annual export capacity
