It is understood that the State Grid Sunshine Poverty Alleviation Action Plan will build a 10 MW photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station in Qinghai Province, and all the proceeds from the power station will be used for poverty alleviation of the poor in Maduo County

After comprehensive consideration of construction conditions, implementation of indicators, income level and other factors, the site of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station has been determined in the western area of Golmudong Export Photovoltaic Industrial Park in Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and the project has now obtained the "road rule"
issued by the Qinghai Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
The project initially planned to connect with Luneng 20,000 kW and Huanghe Company's 30,000 kW photovoltaic power station to the 110 kV photovoltaic No.
3 booster collection station built in the park, replacing the original 50,000 kW boost transformer with a 63,000 kW main transformer
.
At present, the preliminary work of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station is progressing smoothly

In the next step, State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company will actively cooperate with Luneng Gansu Company to fully promote the construction of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations, further sort out and refine milestone plans, ensure timely entry, ensure quality and safety, and realize grid-connected power
generation of power stations on schedule.
The poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station project is a specific measure in response to the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Green Consumption" proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission and other ten ministries and commissions, which adds impetus to the country's green goal of basically forming a "diligent and thrifty, green and low-carbon, civilized and healthy lifestyle and consumption pattern" by 2020, and provides a permanent guarantee
for the supply of clean power energy in the Sanjiangyuan area.
