    Nebras Power Investment Management BV, the Dutch subsidiary of Qatari investment firm Nebras Power QSC, has acquired a 75% stake

    " Nebra CEO Khalid Mohammed Jolo said it had not provided financial details about the terms of
    the deal.

    "The agreement signed today takes ZEN to a whole new level as a developer, EPC contractor and operator, and will support an ambitious growth strategy for solar projects in the Netherlands to become a leader
    in the European market.
    " ZEN CEO Michel Peek added

    According to ZEN's website, the company has so far mainly developed rooftop commercial and industrial PV projects
    in several locations in the Netherlands.
    The largest project is a 6.
    1 MW rooftop array located in Tilburg
    in North Brabant.

    In the press release, Nebras noted that the ZEN PV project is taking advantage of the Dutch government's supportive policies

    This means that most projects are likely to be developed
    under the SDE+ program.
