It is reported that the company's olefin separation tail gas adopts the pre-cutting + oil absorption separation technology of Wison Engineering, and the separation of C2, C3 and methane in the pre-cutting tower adopts the propylene/propane absorption process, which saves the ethylene refrigeration compressor
.
However, because the propylene refrigerant can only reduce the temperature to -40°C at a minimum, the separation of C3 and methane is not complete, resulting in some propylene and propane carried in the fuel gas, resulting in a waste of resources
.
Through the transformation, the company uses the pressure of the exhaust gas to drive the turbine to do work without external electrical energy input, convert it into cold energy, cool the raw material gas to below -90 °C, and realize the separation of propylene/propane from the exhaust gas.

By adding a dynamic phosphoric acid titration device in the sampling probe box, the company keeps the flue gas in an acidic state in the sampling pipeline, which can effectively suppress the loss of sulfur dioxide and improve the stability and accuracy of sulfur dioxide measurement

After the transformation is completed, the system runs stably and the measurement data is accurate

When the process is adjusted, CEMS can provide reliable data parameters for process optimization operations to ensure that the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas at the chimney exhaust is within the standard requirements.
At the same time, the stable operation of CEMS reduces the frequency of instrument cleaning and maintenance, and reduces CEMS spare parts.
