    Thirdly, the project designed a special spinning key device, developed MDPTT, MFPET and high viscosity difference PTT (MDPTT) / MFPET fiber forming technology, to obtain moisture absorption, elasticity, antistatic, anti-ultraviolet and other multi-functional composite polyester fibe.


    Finally, the project successfully developed a complete set of technology for polyester synthesis and fiber manufacturing for heat and humidity comfort, which solved the problems of functional powder hyperdispersion, esterification, polycondensation rate, molecular structure and relative molecular quality contr.


    According to Mei Feng, the results of the project have been successfully industrialized in Shenghong Holding Gro.


    The construction of 30,000 tons/year PTT/MDPTT polymerization plant makes Shenghong the third enterprise with proprietary technology of PTT polymerization after DuPont and Shell; 250,000 tons/year large-capacity multifunctional MFPET melt direct spinning polyester The construction of the fiber production plant has realized the expansion of multi-functional polyester into the fields of fine denier, ultra-fine denier and special-shaped cross-section fibers, making Shenghong the world's largest manufacturer of melt direct-spun multi-functional polyester filaments; 50,000 tons/ The construction of the elastic and comfortable series polyester fiber production line in 2019 has realized the preparation of safe, comfortable and multi-functional fibers, fabrics and clothing using self-synthesized new functional polyester as raw materials, forming independent intellectual property righ.
