Pittsburgh, December 3, 2020 – PPG (NYSE: PPG) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire global coatings manufacturer Ennis-Flint

Founded in 2017, the PPG Mobility business team develops innovative mobility technology solutions that enhance the functionality of vehicles such as electric, hybrid and autonomous vehicles and address new or unique market needs for these vehicles

Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Ennis-Flint is a global leader in road marking and traffic safety solutions

In January 2021, PPG will release additional details related to the acquisition, including the financial impact associated with the acquisition, on its fourth-quarter earnings call
