Recently, the Polish chemical company Grupa Azoty announced that it has launched a pilot line for the production of thermoplastic starch with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons

The new production line is a strategic decision made by Grupa Azoty to the Directive (EU) 2019/904 issued by the European Parliament and the Council in June 2019
