In view of the important role of the olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon industry in the development of the entire industry, Li Shousheng put forward four opinions on the development of the olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period: one is to conduct in-depth research and formulate a meaningful development plan; the other is to increase The innovation of the industry, and strive to make major breakthroughs in high-end technology; the third is to increase the cultivation of leading enterprises, and form a group of innovative and influential enterprise clusters as soon as possible; the fourth is to make efforts in the green development of synthetic resin technology.
