(1) Strengthen the concept of green development.

(7) Implement green management responsibilities for e-commerce platforms.
Supervise and guide e-commerce platforms to report the use and recycling of disposable plastic products such as plastic bags generated by their own business, and guide the operators on the platform to reduce and replace disposable plastics by formulating platform rules, service agreements, and carrying out publicity and promotion measures Products are used, and the implementation status is released to the society.

(9) Actively guide green consumption.
Encourage e-commerce platforms to establish points rewards, credit scoring and other mechanisms to guide consumers to buy green products, use green packaging or reduced-volume packaging, and participate in packaging recycling.
Guide e-commerce platforms to carry out promotion and educational publicity activities on green environmental protection themes such as trade-in, spread the concept of green environmental protection, and increase consumers' awareness of green products.
Encourage e-commerce platforms to carry out green public welfare activities to enhance consumers' awareness of green environmental protection.
Four, safeguard measures
(10) Strengthen organizational leadership.
