    EDF Renewables North America has signed two Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs) that will give PGGM Infrastructure Fund a 50% ownership interest
    in the Glacier's Edge wind power project and the Valentine PV project.

    In total, the two projects have a combined generation capacity of 332MW.

    Valentine Solar has a generating capacity of 132MW and is located in Kern County
    , California.

    This latest deal follows an earlier agreement between EDF and PGGM around three projects of 588MW.

    EDF Renewables will remain a 50% co-owner and provide management and operations and maintenance services
    .

    The Head of Portfolio Strategy, EDF Renewables, said, "PGGM is the ideal partner
    for EDF's renewable energy development projects.
    Their focus on long-term investments and interest in diversifying our portfolio of wind and solar projects aligns
    well with our strategy in North America.
    This equity partnership with PGGM will help boost the growth
    of EDF renewable energy.
