It is reported that the Lanzhou Petrochemical Changqing Ethane to Ethylene Project was listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as a national ethane cracking to ethylene demonstration project.
The project consists of 800,000 tons/year ethylene plant, 400,000 tons/year full-density polyethylene (FDPE) plant, 400,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plant and 30,000 tons/year butene-1/hexane The ene-1 plant is planned to be completed and put into operation on June 30, 2021.
