The North China Division of PetroChina Logging Corporation applied the combination of soft and hard cable technology to complete the construction of the key exploration well Ning 87X well in North China Oilfield safely, high-quality and efficiently, with a data excellent rate of 100%, saving 15 hours
compared with conventional transmission logging construction.
Soft and hard combination cable logging mainly uses the gravity and strength of hard cables to quickly and safely push logging instruments to the target formation, which has the characteristics of simple process and high timeliness, and effectively solves the problems
of pushing and data transmission of logging instruments for large slope wells, horizontal wells and complex wells.
Ning 87X well, well depth 3617 meters, measurement section long, if the use of conventional cable transmission logging construction needs to be docked twice, not only low timeliness, but also high risk, the use of soft and hard combination cable construction, only one docking can complete the construction, high timeliness, low
risk.
