Recently, Japanese photovoltaic power generation company Pacifico Energy has begun to build two solar projects in Japan, one (112MW) is located in Wake County, Okayama Prefecture, and the other (72MW) is located in Himeji City
, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
The 112MW project will be built
on a golf course in Wake County.
Operations
are expected to begin in spring 2020.
Once operational, the plant will generate about 132 million kilowatt-hours of electricity
per year.
Japan's Chubu Electric Power Company will buy all the electricity generated by the
plant.
The 72MW PV project will also be built
at the golf course in Himeji.
Operations
are expected to begin in the fall of 2020.
When commissioned, the plant will generate about 84 million kilowatt-hours of electricity
per year.
Kansai Electric Power Company will purchase all electricity
generated by the plant.
Pacifico Energy has completed the construction of two solar power plants in Okayama (Kumenan and Mimasaka), which are now in commercial operation

It is understood that the company is currently building several other solar power plants, including Okayama's 257 MW project, Fukushima's 42 MW project, Aichi's 62 MW project, and Gifu's 55 MW project
