Oman expects oil prices to remain at $70~80/barrel this year

Oman's oil minister, Mohammed bin Hamad al-Rumhi, reportedly said oil prices were expected to remain between
$70 and $80 a barrel this year.

Speaking at an oil conference in Oman, Rumhi said Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates were the only three countries
capable of increasing oil production.

OPEC and its allies pledged on June 22-23 to return to 100 percent compliance, reducing their combined output by 1.
8 million barrels
per day.
The agreement was first implemented
in January 2017.
