Nouryon announced the completion of the acquisition of Zhejiang Freed Chemical .

The acquisition will significantly increase Nouryon's global TEAL production and strengthen its position as the world's leading TEAL produc.

Johan Landfors, Managing Director of Nouryon's Polymer Chemicals business, said: "Fred has a strong reputation in the indust.

The acquisition includes the production base, products, technologies and sales channels in Jiaxing, Zhejia.

The transaction is Nouryon's second acquisition in a year to strengthen its polymer industry leadersh.
