Notice on Launching the Fifth Batch of "Smart Chemical Park Pilot Demonstration (Creation) Units"

In order to promote the pilot demonstration of intelligent manufacturing and improve the standard construction and management level of chemical industry parks, in accordance with the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Standardized Development of Chemical Industry Parks" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2015] No.
433), in the industry and information technology Under the guidance of the Ministry of Raw Materials Industry Department, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec Federation") has successively carried out four batches of applications and certifications for "Smart Chemical Park Pilot Demonstration (Creation) Units" from 2018 to 2021 According to the "Regulations on Application, Naming and Management of Pilot Demonstration Units of Smart Chemical Industrial Parks (for Trial Implementation)" (see Annex 1), a total of 67 chemical industrial parks have been officially listed as "Pilot Demonstration (Creation) Units of Smart Chemical Industrial Parks"

Through the establishment of the relevant chemical parks, the intelligent level and professional management capabilities of the parks have been effectively improved
.

In order to further strengthen the informatization capacity building of chemical industry parks across the country, and improve the professional management level and management efficiency of the parks, the China Petrochemical Federation has decided to carry out the application and identification of the fifth batch of "smart chemical industry park pilot demonstration (creation) units" nationwide.
For work, please prepare materials according to the "Application Materials Requirements for Pilot Demonstration (Creation) Units of Smart Chemical Industrial Parks" (see Annex 2), and fill in the "Basic Information Form for Pilot Demonstration (Creation) Units of Smart Chemical Industrial Parks" (see Annex 3), The electronic version of the application materials shall be sent to the designated mailbox before July 15, 2022, and the paper version shall be submitted in triplicate to the Chemical Industry Park Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation
