    order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Revitalization of the Dairy Industry and Guaranteeing Milk Quality and Safety, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and other nine ministries and commissions, including the “Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Revitalization of the Dairy Industry” and other document requirements, Accelerate the close integration of basic research and industry, vigorously promote industrial technological innovation, and better serve the needs of the national dairy industry development strategy.
    It is co-sponsored by China Animal Products Processing Research Association and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
    Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering is the focus of the Ministry of Education The "Ninth China Dairy Science and Technology Conference" hosted by the laboratory will be held on July 22-24, 2021 in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China's milk capital.


    With the theme of "Rejuvenation of Dairy Industry, Technology Assistance", this conference aims to strengthen scientific and technological exchanges within the industry, promote industry development, and fully open a new era of dairy industry revitalization.

    Milk quality and safety; 5.
    Dairy nutrition and health; 6.
    Dairy safety laws, regulations and Standard; 7.
    Dairy processing and modern equipment.

    Please send the conference papers or abstracts to the designated email address: rykjdh@163.
    com before June 20, 2021.
    Please see attachments 3 and 4 for specific format requirements.
    After the paper has been reviewed by the conference, an acceptance notice will be sent before July 10, 2021, and edited into an electronic collection of thesis.


      This conference will carry out the selection of outstanding papers by young scholars, and the award-winning papers will be awarded during the conference.
