    Content Introduction Chinese Abstract: Objective: To screen out lactic acid bacteria that are suitable for the intestinal characteristics of the Chinese population, have excellent probiotics and high antibacterial activity, and explore their antibacterial active substances

    Innovation: Lactic acid bacteria with good potential probiotics and safety have been isolated from the feces of healthy adults in China, and they have been found to have high antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus
    .

    At the same time, it was discovered that the main antibacterial substances of Leuconostoc lactis were organic acids, and the main antibacterial substances of Lactobacillus salivarius and Lactobacillus paracasei were organic acids and bacteriocins, and the bacteriocins had broad-spectrum antibacterial activities

    Methods: Preliminary identification of lactic acid bacteria through isolation and purification, strain morphology identification, 16SrRNA homology and phylogenetic tree analysis; Oxford cup double-layer agar diffusion method was used to screen out bacteriostatic lactic acid bacteria; evaluation by artificial gastrointestinal fluid and drug sensitivity test paper method The potential probiotics and drug resistance of lactic acid bacteria; analyze the antibacterial substances and properties of probiotic lactic acid bacteria through different enzymes, pH and heat treatment; use two-phase extraction method to purify the antibacterial substances; finally pass Tricine-SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis predicts the molecular weight of bacteriostatic substances and determines the bacteriostasis

    Conclusion: Three strains of lactic acid bacteria with good potential probiotics and safety have been isolated and screened from the feces of healthy Chinese adults.
