have reached an agreement through consultation that the two parties will cooperate to establish Ningxia Xibei Chemical Co.

in Ningxia Ningdong National Energy and Chemical Park.

It is understood that the project plans to invest a total of 800 million yuan and plan to construct three major installations, namely a 50,000 tons/year dimethyl ether fuel cleaner device, a 20,000 tons/year calcium acetylacetonate device, and a 40,000 tons/year carbon dioxide plant.
