    NextEnergy Solar Fund (NESF) announced that it has successfully acquired a 66.
    8MW operating portfolio
    in the UK as its fourth acquisition this year.

    The 10 sites, with a total consideration of £42.
    2 million, are located in the South West of the UK and are a mix of renewable energy obligation and feed-in tariff recognised sites, connected
    to the grid until March 2014.

    The acquisition brings NESF's portfolio to 85 operating assets with a total generation capacity of 689.
    4MW, firmly cementing investors' position
    among the top three holders of solar assets in the UK.

    The portfolio itself has up to £58.
    3 million of debt financing, maturing
    in 2033.

    At the same time, NESF also announced the closure of a £40 million revolving credit facility with Santander, which has fully funded the acquisition, which expires
    in July 2020.

    The company said it is continuing to pursue further solar project deals and expects to make project acquisitions
    in due course.
