on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

In this listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, the public offering price of Xinweiling is 9.
6 yuan per share, the number of public offerings is 11.
28 million shares, and the total amount of funds raised is 108 million yuan, which is mainly used for the construction project of ultra-fine and high-purity zinc base production line in Sichuan production base, the automatic technical transformation project of 25,500 tons/year ultra-fine zinc powder production line of Hunan production base and the construction project of R&D testing center.

Among them, the construction project of ultra-fine and high-purity zinc base production line of the Sichuan production base of the fundraising project will form a production capacity of 15,000 tons/year of zinc powder, and after full production, the production capacity of spherical zinc powder will reach 30,000 tons/year, which is nearly 120%
compared with the previous expansion.

It is reported that Xinweiling is a domestic supplier of zinc powder for anti-corrosion coatings, mainly producing zinc metal deep processing products
such as spherical zinc powder, sheet zinc powder, irregular zinc powder, etc.
