China's first coal gasification efficient and clean production system using rotary technology has recently been accepted by the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Department
.
The system was initiated by Shandong United Energy Technology Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as "United Energy"), with the participation
of Tsinghua University, Shandong University, Shandong Coal Design Institute and other institutions.
The system adopts the technology of "L-shaped horizontal rotary wave bed coal gasification production system", breaks the limitations of foreign airbed coal gasification technology, and creates a low-energy-consumption, high-efficiency coal gasification process technology with ordinary coal as raw material and the construction of a balanced heat exchange environment as the main technical means, which provides more development opportunities
for the development of the efficient and clean utilization of a large number of ordinary coal resources in China.
At present, this technology has been adopted by Tengzhou Thermal Power Plant, and the project construction is actively in preparation

It is reported that if 90 thermal power plants in Shandong Province adopt this coal gasification technology, according to the total scale of 9 million kilowatts, 13.
5 million tons of standard coal can be saved every year and carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 27 million tons
