Natural Power announced that it has secured seven turbine projects for wind farms from Denbighshire, North Wales on behalf of Pany y Maen Wind Power
.
It is understood that the initial application was rejected by Denbighshire County Council on the grounds of visual and environmental impacts, and was eventually agreed
by local authorities.
Aberystwyth, Head of Project Planning and Environment, Natural Power Wales, said: "We have been working on this project since 2012 and are delighted to have received our client's consent
.
This keeps our consent record in Wales at 100% and we look forward to seeing positive results
from the development of this new green energy project.

The project is located in a forest farm near Linlbran, the construction and operation of the wind farm consists of 7 wind turbines with a maximum wind turbine height of 102 meters and a total installed capacity of 17.
5 MW (depending on the final wind turbine selection), and grid connection
is expected by 2021.
