The aluminum profile industry is one of the important traditional industries in the South China Sea District, with problems such as
large pollutant emissions and environmental protection image to be improved.
In 2014, according to the requirements of the "Foshan 2014 Comprehensive Remediation Plan for Air Pollution in the Aluminum Profile Industry", the Nanhai District Environmental Protection Bureau carried out comprehensive rectification of 161 aluminum profile enterprises included in the rectification
.
After excluding 30 enterprises that were verified not to belong to aluminum profiles, 37 enterprises were shut down in Nanhai District, and the remaining 94 enterprises basically completed the rectification task, which promoted the upgrading
of environmental protection governance in the industry.

In April this year, Foshan issued the "Foshan Aluminum Profile Industry Air Pollution Deepening Rectification Work Plan (2016-2017)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), a total of 157 aluminum profile enterprises in the city were included in the scope of rectification, of which 94 were in Nanhai District, accounting for 60% of the city's
tasks.
This rectification task should highlight three key points, that is, highlight the whole process to change gas, highlight the collection and treatment of ash dust, and highlight the separate collection and treatment
of acid and alkali mist.

After the introduction of the "Plan", the Nanhai District Environmental Protection Bureau carried out a new round of deepening rectification work for 94 aluminum profile enterprises in the region, and as of the end of June this year, 51 enterprises have basically completed the rectification task

According to the requirements, by the end of October this year, 80% (that is, 75) of the enterprises in the Nanhai District included in the scope of rectification must complete the clean energy replacement of the combustion equipment in the plant, and the reverberation furnace and other equipment must be fueled by clean energy such as electricity, natural gas, and liquefied gas

"Switching to clean energy and significantly reducing the production of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide is beneficial
