N,N,N-trimethylene triphosphonic acid-ethylenediamine-N-hydroxypropyl sulfonic acid (EDTMPPS)
[Structural formula]
[Physical and chemical properties] Brown-yellow transparent viscous solution, miscible with water in any proportion
[Preparation method] Using chloroisoprolic acid, ethylenediamine , formaldehyde and phosphorus trichloride as basic raw materials, react in an aqueous solution at a certain temperature to obtain this product.
① Dissolve 1 mol of chloroisoprolic acid in 2 mol of water, slowly add 2 mol of sodium hydroxide solution to the aqueous solution of chloroisoprolic acid under stirring, control the reaction temperature at 30~35℃, and continue to stir After reacting for 0.
②Add 1 mol of anhydrous ethylenediamine into a reaction flask equipped with a stirrer, a reflux condenser and a dropping funnel, slowly add the solution in ①, and control the reaction temperature at 30-40°C
③While stirring and cooling the reaction solution of ② to below 30°C, add 3 mol of formaldehyde , and slowly add 3 mol of phosphorus trichloride under stirring.
[technical standard]
[Application] This product not only has an excellent "solution limit effect", but also has a good synergistic effect with other scale inhibitors and dispersants
This product is generally used for scale prevention of circulating cooling water and printing and dyeing water, as well as a mediator of boiler soft scale, and the general dosage is 4-8mg/L
