On June 18, PetroChina announced that the Color Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project, a large-scale ultra-deep sea natural gas project that the company participated in, has realized the commissioning of the upstream gas field, marking this.

The Mozambique Zone 4 project is jointly operated by Italy's Eni, PetroChina, US-based ExxonMobil, Mozambique's Petronas, Portugal's Galp Energy and Korea Gas

After PetroChina entered the project in Block 4, the Chinese technical team used the deep-water turbidite sand body identification and characterization technology and the gas reservoir fine description technology to deeply study the characteristics of gas reservoirs, optimize the deployment of exploration and evaluation wells and development wells, and obtained new gas through actual drilling.
