Mondi partners with Henkel to launch fully recyclable single-material fill bags

Mondi, a global leader in packaging and paper, and chemical company Henkel are helping consumers use more sustainably by creating new reusable packaging concepts

The two companies have collaborated to develop a packaging solution for Henkel's dishwashing products, which enables soft bags to replace plastic bottles
.
This supports Henkel's sustainability goals of making its packaging 100% recyclable or reusable and reducing fossil-based virgin plastic by 50% by 2025
.

Since January, consumers can get the new at-home refillable pump dispenser in lightweight, single-material PE bags from Mondi
.
Replacing rigid plastic bottles with stand-up pouches reduces plastic by 70% and is easy to recycle where existing infrastructure exists
.

Because the stand-up pouch is soft to the touch and has a sturdy base, it can be easily placed in-store, providing retailers with attractive shelf appeal, while also conveying all branding messages, including sustainability benefits

Mondi's leak-proof bags are ISTA 6 certified and provide highly durable packaging for in-store and online shopping
