On November 2, the Ministry of Commerce announced the total amount of crude oil non-state trade import allowable volume, application conditions and application procedures in 2022, of which the crude oil non-state trade import allowable volume was 243 million tons, the same as last year

The announcement shows that the application conditions are to have crude oil import performance in the past 2 years (2020-October 2021) or the qualification to use imported crude oil approved by the national industry authority; have a crude oil water transportation terminal of not less than 50,000 tons (or annual The right to use the railway port with a capacity of 2 million tons of reloading), and the right to use the crude oil storage tank with a storage capacity of not less than 200,000 cubic meters; foreign trade operators with a bank credit of not less than 20 million US dollars (or 120 million yuan); There are professionals (at least 2 people) engaged in international oil trade; the company operates legally and in accordance with regulations, in line with laws and regulations on safety production, environmental protection, taxation, customs and foreign exchange management, and there are no unrectified violations of laws and regulations

According to the announcement, the first batch of allowances in 2022 will be issued to eligible companies by December 31, 2021
